Congratulations to the Class of 2023 on completion of high school and on the start of a fantastic journey in your life! Applications for the 2023 Charley J. Williams Alpha Scholarship and Givens Memorial Scholarship are now available.

 

The Charley J. Williams Scholarship, awarded by the Theta Eta Lambda Educational Foundation, goes to young men planning on continuing their education at a community college, four-year college/university, or technical school. The Foundation will award two young men a $1,000 scholarship.

 

The Givens Memorial Scholarship on behalf of the Willett Givens Foundation, Inc. will be awarded to any young women planning on continuing their education at a community college, four-year college/university or a technical center. The Givens family is keenly aware of the need to offer co-educational opportunities for higher education in postsecondary schools. Two $500.00 scholarships will be granted to young women through the cooperative efforts of the foundations.
